Partner Program Terms

In plain English: here's what this means for you as a partner.
Refer brands or creators (or both). Eligible brand introductions can earn up to RM75 after the brand's first campaign is delivered. The brand may also receive up to RM50 campaign credit. Talent overrides require the creator's consent. Cash rewards join the Friday payout batch once you hit the minimum withdrawal. Fraud voids rewards.
1. Partner types
You can join as a Referral partner (refer brands), a Talent partner (refer/manage creators), or Both.
2. Commission structure
- Up to RM75 for an eligible brand's first completed campaign.
- The referred brand may receive up to RM50 campaign credit for a future campaign.
- The exact reward is shown in your portal and can vary with campaign value and the eligible offer at first payment.
- Rewards are credited after a real payment and become withdrawable after the campaign is delivered.
3. Talent override
Any talent override must be shown clearly to the creator and accepted by them before it applies. No override is activated without the creator's explicit consent.
4. Payout schedule
Partner rewards are paid in the Friday batch via bank transfer, alongside creator payouts.
5. Minimum withdrawal
A minimum withdrawal threshold applies (RM50). Balances below the minimum roll over to the next payout cycle.
6. Partner code of conduct
- No self-referrals, fake accounts, or fabricated leads.
- Represent Creamatch honestly — no misleading claims to brands or creators.
- Respect creator consent for any talent override arrangement.
7. Termination
Fraudulent activity voids affected rewards and may close your partner account. We may modify or end the partner program with 30 days' notice.
