The working agreement behind every Creamatch account, campaign, creator relationship, and payment.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Creamatch (crea-match.com), operated by Vantora Creative Sdn Bhd (202501019613 (1621026-X)), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Creamatch is a creator content marketplace that connects brands with verified Malaysian content creators. Our services include:

  • Campaign brief submission and management
  • Creator matching and content production coordination
  • Content delivery and campaign management

3. User accounts

  • Clients access the platform via magic link authentication
  • Creators must register and be verified before accessing campaigns
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

4. Payment terms

  • Managed campaigns are paid in full before production begins. On the self-serve path, a 10% deposit (minimum RM100) unlocks your matched creator shortlist; the remaining balance is due once you confirm your lineup, before production. The deposit is credited to your total, so you never pay it twice. Unpaid lineups are released after 7 days.
  • All payments are processed through Stripe or other supported payment service providers (e.g. FPX, debit/credit cards, supported e-wallets). We do not store sensitive payment card or banking credentials on our servers.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email
  • Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
  • Prices are subject to 8% Service Tax (SST); package prices show the SST-inclusive total first. SST Reg No: W10-2509-32000588
  • Refund eligibility, charges, and processing are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, including the 24-hour window from successful payment for refund requests (where applicable) and management discretion for exceptional cases thereafter.

5. Content ownership

  • Clients retain ownership of final delivered content
  • Creamatch reserves the right to use campaign content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Creators grant usage rights as specified in their creator agreement

6. Intellectual property

All content on crea-match.com including logos, text, and graphics are property of Vantora Creative Sdn Bhd (202501019613 (1621026-X)).

7. Limitation of liability

Creamatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. SST & tax

Prices on Creamatch are subject to 8% Service Tax (SST). Package prices on our public pages show the SST-inclusive total first, with the before-SST price and SST amount underneath; quotations and invoices list SST as a separate line. SST Registration Number: W10-2509-32000588.

9. Referral program terms

  1. Refer a brand: they get RM100 off their first campaign (RM1,990+), and you earn RM150 in your wallet 14 days after they pay.
  2. Refer a brand: they get RM100 off their first campaign (RM1,990+), and you get RM150 as campaign credit 14 days after they pay.
  3. Invite a creator: you earn RM25 when a brand approves their first video (up to 10 a month).
  4. Only the referred brand's first paid campaign counts, and only when its value excluding SST (before the referral discount) is at least RM1,990. A campaign that is cancelled or refunded before the reward is paid earns no reward; a partial refund that takes the value left below RM1,990 cancels it. Creamatch staff and partners do not earn these rewards.
  5. Creator rewards go into the Creamatch wallet and are paid out with the normal Friday creator payouts. Brand rewards are campaign credit, not cash, and are non-refundable.
  6. Self-referrals (the same person, email, company email domain or phone number) earn nothing. Links with unusual sign-up activity are held for review, and fraudulent referrals result in reward cancellation and account suspension.
  7. Creamatch reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program with 30 days notice

10. Campaign credits terms

  1. Campaign Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date
  2. Credits are non-refundable once purchased (subject to our refund policy)
  3. Credits cannot be transferred to another account
  4. Unused credits expire after 12 months with no refund

11. Content library terms

  1. Creator consent is required before content is listed in the Content Library
  2. Creators earn 70% of licensing fees; Creamatch retains 30%
  3. Original brand retains no claim on licensing revenue
  4. Exclusive licenses prevent further licensing of that specific content
  5. Creamatch reserves the right to delist content at any time

12. Barter trade terms

  1. Brands are responsible for shipping products directly to creators
  2. Minimum 30% cash component required for hybrid barter campaigns
  3. Pure barter campaigns incur RM50/creator management fee
  4. Creator must confirm product receipt before content production begins
  5. Creamatch is not liable for lost or damaged products during shipping

For Brands

Detailed brand terms are at /terms/brands. In summary:

  • Obligations: submit accurate campaign briefs and respond to creator/manager requests in good time. You may request up to 2 amendment rounds per deliverable; further rounds are RM100 each, only with your approval.
  • Payments: managed campaigns are paid in full before production begins. On the self-serve path, a 10% deposit (minimum RM100) unlocks your matched creator shortlist; the remaining balance is due once you confirm your lineup, before production. The deposit is credited to your total, so you never pay it twice. Unpaid lineups are released after 7 days. Prices are in MYR and subject to 8% SST. Funds are held until your campaign is delivered.
  • Delivery: we target a 14-day delivery window per campaign from creator confirmation.
  • Refunds: governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy (24-hour window from successful payment; management discretion thereafter).
  • Termination: we may suspend or close accounts for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these terms.

For Creators

Detailed creator terms are at /terms/creators. In summary:

  • Obligations: meet script and video deadlines (SLA). Repeated SLA breaches may result in automatic removal from a campaign. Up to 2 amendment rounds per deliverable apply.
  • Payments: creator payouts run every Friday via bank transfer. Your bank details are stored encrypted and used only for payment processing.
  • Content ownership: on delivery and payment, the brand owns the final delivered content; usage rights follow your creator agreement.
  • Conduct: no fake engagement, no ghosting. Such conduct may lead to removal and account termination.

For Partners

Detailed partner terms are at /terms/partners. In summary:

  • Types: Referral, Talent, or Both.
  • Rewards: eligible brand introductions may earn up to RM75 after the brand's first campaign is delivered. The exact eligible amount is shown in the partner portal. Talent arrangements are subject to the creator's explicit consent and separate partner terms.
  • Payouts: paid in the Friday batch via bank transfer, subject to the minimum withdrawal.
  • Conduct & termination: fraudulent referrals (self-referral, fake accounts) void rewards and may close your account. We may modify or end the program with 30 days' notice.

Connected social accounts

  • Connecting a Threads, Instagram, Facebook Page or TikTok account is optional. You authorise Creamatch on the platform's own sign-in screen and can disconnect at any time in Creamatch or in the platform's settings.
  • Creamatch posts only the content you choose, with your caption and settings, at the time you choose. You stay responsible for what is posted on your account and for following each platform's rules, including marking paid campaign videos as a paid partnership / branded content.
  • Platforms can change, limit or switch off their APIs, posting limits and review status at any time. A scheduled post may be delayed or fail; when it fails we tell you, and you can still post by hand. Creamatch is not liable for a post a platform refuses, removes or delays.
  • When a creator posts a campaign video through a connected account, its public link is recorded on the campaign exactly as if it had been submitted by hand, and the normal verification rules apply.
  • How we handle the data we receive is set out in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
