The Open buttons copy the URL for you, then open the page where you add a connector. When you connect, you sign in with your Creamatch login. Team members act for the account that invited them.
Team and Enterprise plans: an Owner adds it once under Organization settings → Connectors, then each person clicks Connect. Claude Free allows one custom connector.
Custom MCP servers depend on your ChatGPT plan; on Business and Enterprise workspaces an admin may need to allow them first.

It is a remote MCP server (Model Context Protocol, an open standard) at https://app.crea-match.com/api/mcp. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client, sign in with your Creamatch login, and the assistant can find creators, plan campaigns, prepare brief drafts, show drafts waiting for approval, check shipping and read results for your account.
Claude (claude.ai and the Claude apps), ChatGPT on the web, Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients that support remote servers with OAuth sign-in. Claude Free allows one custom connector; in ChatGPT, custom MCP servers depend on your plan and workspace settings.
No. The connector is included on every Creamatch plan, Free included. You only pay for campaigns you choose to run, in the Creamatch app.
No. Payments never go through the assistant; you pay in the Creamatch app. Creators you ask for are a request: they are invited first, they can decline, and we offer alternatives.
Only your own account and campaigns. Creator search returns public profile cards — never phone numbers, emails, addresses, bank details, rates or payouts.
No. Approving a draft needs your explicit OK in the chat, and a brief it prepares stays a private draft until you review and launch it in the app.
