What a campaign costs
Three worked examples, priced the way the campaign wizard prices a brief.
Every number here is computed the way your invoice is: the wizard's estimate per creator for the tier you pick, times the creators you confirm, SST last. No platform fee line. Each creator's final price sits within the tier's range and is confirmed once your lineup is locked in.
Creator videos delivered to your page from RM 200 per creator (posting on the creator's own page from RM 293, +30–50%). A mid-tier creator is typically around RM 1,867. UGC packages from RM 975 for 5 videos (RM 195 per video inside the package).

Managed campaigns keep their existing commercial model: you approve an all-in quote; Creamatch sources creators, coordinates production and pays the agreed creator amount in full. A 10% deposit unlocks your creator shortlist and is credited to your campaign; the rest is paid after you confirm your creators.Before you subscribe

What does a campaign actually cost?
The worked examples above are the real engine: the campaign wizard's all-in estimate per creator for the tier you pick, times the creators you confirm, plus 8% SST shown separately. Onsite shoots and add-on services are quoted on top. Your final quote is confirmed once creators are locked in, and the invoice bills the creators you confirm. Self-serve: You pay only after you confirm your creators. Managed campaigns take a 10% deposit first (see the managed section below).
Can I cancel, and do I get a refund?
Yes. Cancel your plan any time in Settings; it runs to the end of the month you paid for, then moves to Free. A plan charge is refundable within 7 days if you haven't used the plan. Unpaid campaigns cancel for free; paid campaigns refund the share of creators who haven't started, minus a 1.5% processing fee. Full details are in our cancellation & refund policy (/refund).
Does the subscription include creator fees?
No. The subscription covers the Creamatch workspace and your plan limits. For a new self-serve campaign, your brand makes one campaign payment to Creamatch. Creamatch then handles the creator and eligible partner payouts. There is no hidden client markup: you see the full campaign price before you pay, with SST shown separately where applicable.
Is the AI connector only on Pro?
No. MCP access is included on every plan, including Free. Supported tools include workspace reads, private campaign drafts and production reviews. Review actions require your explicit instruction and can affect creator payment eligibility. Check the access request before connecting; use Creamatch to launch campaigns and make payments.
How does creator payment work?
The creator sees the gross amount, Creamatch's 5% transaction fee, any consented partner share and their net payout before applying. Once your selected lineup is secured by payment—or an approved credit term—production can begin. Older campaigns explicitly labelled client-direct keep their original terms.
Can I request Net 10, 30 or 60?
You may request an exact due date after confirming the lineup. Approval depends on the campaign amount and finance review: below RM5,000 is capped at Net 10, RM5,000–RM19,999.99 at Net 30, and RM20,000 or more at Net 60.
