What Creator Insights stores
- Your public handle, display name, profile photo and public bio (with any email, phone number or link removed).
- Public counts: followers, following and posts, plus snapshots over time to show growth.
- Metrics from your recent public posts: views, likes, comments and shares, average and median views, engagement rate and posting frequency.
- Brands tagged or mentioned in your public posts, including paid-partnership labels, with links to those public posts.
What it never stores or shows
- Contact details — no email addresses, phone or WhatsApp numbers, or link-in-bio links, even if they are public.
- Private accounts, private messages or anything behind a login.
- Your rates or earnings. Brands cannot contact you through Creator Insights; any collaboration is arranged by Creamatch with your agreement.
Remove your profile
To make sure only the account owner can remove a profile, we give you a short code to add to your bio for a little while. Once we see it (usually within 15–30 minutes), we erase everything we hold for that handle and keep only a do-not-list marker so it is never added again. You can then delete the code from your bio.
Creamatch creators
If you are a Creamatch creator, removing your handle hides it from Creator Insights only. Your Creamatch account, campaigns and payouts are not affected.
