At /brand/create: choose Social or UGC, industry, goal, platforms, tiers or package, posting surface, logistics (shipping or barter), name, and creative direction. See live pricing; no charge on submit.
Submit when ready. Our team reviews within the promised window. You are not charged at submission.
After confirmation, pay via Stripe (FPX or card). SST (8%) shown before you pay. Managed campaigns are paid in full before production; self-serve pays a 10% deposit (minimum RM100) to unlock your shortlist, then the balance once you confirm the lineup. Any campaign credit balance you have can be applied at checkout.
Use the email magic link. Track the timeline: Submitted → Confirmed → Matching → In Production → Content Review → Delivered.
In Creators tab, see shortlisted talent. Your manager may invite specific creators. Approve the final lineup before production starts.
Scripts tab: you review and approve each script; the Creamatch team watches every submission and can step in. Each deliverable includes 2 amendment rounds (further rounds RM100 each, only if you accept).
Logistics tab: ship products to creators after lineup is confirmed — in parallel with script writing. Creators confirm receipt before filming starts.
Content tab: review final videos. Download approved assets. Message the team anytime from Messages tab.
When Delivered: rate creators on five dimensions. Know another brand? From Refer & earn they get RM100 off their first campaign (RM1,990+) and you get RM150 as credit once they pay. Rebook with credits or a new campaign.
