Use crea-match.com/estimator for social tier pricing or UGC packages. Save your estimate — you can prefill the campaign wizard from it.
Step 2
At /brand/create: choose Social or UGC, industry, goal, platforms, tiers or package, posting surface, logistics (shipping or barter), name, and creative direction. See live pricing; no charge on submit.
Step 3
Submit when ready. Our team reviews within the promised window. You are not charged at submission.
Step 4
After confirmation, pay via Stripe (FPX or card). SST (8%) shown before you pay. Deposits apply on campaigns RM5,000+. Or use Campaign Credits from /client/credits.
Step 5
Use the email magic link. Track the timeline: Submitted → Confirmed → Matching → In Production → Content Review → Delivered.
Step 6
In Creators tab, see shortlisted talent. Your manager may invite specific creators. Approve the final lineup before production starts.
Step 7
Scripts tab: Creamatch reviews first, then you approve. Use your included script amendment if the hook or CTA needs adjustment.
Step 8
Logistics tab: ship products to creators after lineup is confirmed — in parallel with script writing. Creators confirm receipt before filming starts.
Step 9
Content tab: review final videos. Download approved assets. Message the team anytime from Messages tab.
Step 10
When Delivered: rate creators on five dimensions. Share your referral link for RM75 credits per referred brand. Rebook with credits or a new campaign.
