1. Digital delivery
Creamatch provides digital content creation services. All deliverables are delivered digitally — no physical shipping is involved.
2. Content delivery
- Final content is delivered via Google Drive or other agreed digital platforms
- Delivery timelines are specified per campaign:
- Express: 7 business days
- Standard: 14 business days
- Campaign: 30 business days
- Ongoing: Monthly delivery schedule
3. Physical products (if applicable)
For campaigns requiring physical product delivery to creators:
- Creamatch will coordinate shipping logistics with the client
- Shipping costs are borne by the client
- Tracking information will be shared upon dispatch
- Creamatch is not responsible for delays caused by courier services
4. Delivery confirmation
- Clients will be notified via email when content is ready for review
- Content can be accessed through the Creamatch client portal at crea-match.com/client/dashboard
