Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery

Creamatch provides digital content creation services. All deliverables are delivered digitally — no physical shipping is involved.

2. Content delivery

• Final content is delivered via Google Drive or other agreed digital platforms
• Delivery timelines are specified per campaign:

• Express: 7 business days
• Standard: 14 business days
• Campaign: 30 business days
• Ongoing: Monthly delivery schedule

3. Physical products (if applicable)

For campaigns requiring physical product delivery to creators:

• Creamatch will coordinate shipping logistics with the client
• Shipping costs are borne by the client
• Tracking information will be shared upon dispatch
• Creamatch is not responsible for delays caused by courier services

4. Delivery confirmation

• Clients will be notified via email when content is ready for review
• Content can be accessed through the Creamatch client portal at crea-match.com/client/dashboard
