You set the affiliate commission rate in TikTok Shop Seller Center, and TikTok pays that commission to the creators when there's a sale. The Creamatch package price is separate and already covers the creators' video fees.

Two ways. Creators request a free sample through TikTok Shop (the sample belongs to the creator, under TikTok's rules), or you post the product to each creator yourself. You choose when you agree the package with our team.

Every creator gives you a 30-day ads code. You add it in TikTok Ads Manager to run Spark Ads on the videos that work. The video and the account stay the creator's.

That's normal. One video from a small creator usually gets modest views. That's why this package uses many creators: you see which videos start moving, then put your Spark Ads budget behind them. We don't promise views, sales, GMV or ROAS.

Yes. Our team suggests creators by the sizes in the package, and you confirm the list before they start. You also approve every video before it goes live.

Sales and GMV are counted in your own TikTok Shop Seller Center, not by Creamatch. Our report gives the link to every video, with views and likes from the platform.

Order at least 10 days before the sale, so the videos are live in sale week. The same goes for payday sales.

Every month 72 creators, and we try to use new creators each month. Minimum 3 months, billed monthly. RM7,590 a month before 8% SST.

You pay in full, once, after you agree the package with our team. No separate platform fee.

You can ask for a refund for creators who haven't started work yet. Our finance team replies within 3 business days, and a 1.5% processing fee applies. Full details are on the refund policy page.
