How Creamatch Pays Creators
Getting paid should never be a guess. Here is exactly when and how Creamatch pays creators, and what has to happen first.

In short
Creamatch pays creators every week by bank transfer in a Friday batch, after the finance team approves the payout request. Earnings become withdrawable once your work is approved and the brand's payment for that campaign has cleared, and there is no withdrawal fee. You request payouts yourself from the Wallet, and each request shows when it was requested, approved and paid.

How a payout happens
The brand approves your work
Your earning for a campaign is created once your script, video or post is approved. Until then it shows as in review in your Wallet.
The brand's payment has cleared
Creamatch pays creators once the brand's payment for that campaign has come in. If a brand is on agreed payment terms, the earning waits in your Wallet until that payment arrives.
You request a payout
Payouts are not automatic. In your Wallet, check your bank details and tap Request payout once you reach the minimum shown there. You can have up to 5 requests open at once.
Finance approves it
The finance team checks each request against the approved earnings inside it and your bank details, then approves it for the next batch.
Paid in the Friday batch
Approved requests are paid by bank transfer in the Friday batch after the request (a request made on a Friday goes into the following Friday's batch). Your Wallet shows requested, approved and paid with the dates.

Is there a fee to withdraw my earnings?
No. Creamatch takes no withdrawal fee. There is a minimum payout request, shown in your Wallet.
Why is some of my money not withdrawable yet?
An earning becomes withdrawable once your work is approved and the brand's payment for that campaign has cleared. If a brand is on agreed payment terms, the earning stays in your Wallet until that payment arrives.
Are payouts automatic?
No. You request a payout from your Wallet once you reach the minimum and your bank details are complete (your real bank name, account number and account holder). You can have up to 5 requests open at once.
Can creators in Indonesia withdraw?
Not yet. Payouts are open for Malaysian creator wallets. Indonesian earnings stay in the Wallet until IDR payouts open.
Where can I see my own payouts?
In your Creamatch Wallet. Each request shows when it was requested, approved and paid, with the payment reference once it is paid.
